Rental Terms

• All yard displays are rentals and remain the property of Say What? Yard Cards.

• Please double-check the delivery address, installation date, and spelling of the recipient’s name before submitting payment. This helps us make everything perfect for your celebration.

• Full payment is required to reserve your date.

• Delivery typically takes place between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM the evening before your event. Pickup begins at 8:00 PM on the day of your event unless other arrangements have been made.

• To ensure proper installation, the lawn must be soft enough for our stakes. Watering the area prior to setup is recommended, especially during hot or dry weather. If the ground is too hard for installation, refunds cannot be issued.

• For everyone’s safety, please do not sit, lean, or play on the display. The signs are not weight-bearing and may have sharp edges. Any damaged or missing items will be billed to the client.

• Please keep pets away from the display and clear the area of any pet waste before installation.

• Avoid mowing, weed-eating, watering, or using decorative machines near the display while it is installed. Lawn equipment and debris can cause damage. If you need early pickup, just let us know.

• Say What? Yard Cards reserves the right to reschedule due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

• We are not responsible for injury or property damage during installation, display, or removal.

• A small marketing sign will be included with each display.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to installation will receive a full credit toward a future rental.

Refunds cannot be issued for incorrect address information, denied property access, homeowner removal requests, or animals preventing setup.

Photo Release

By booking with Say What? Yard Cards, you give us permission to use photos of your display for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

If you prefer that photos not be used, please provide written notice prior to installation.
